Creation Painting, Inc. provides a warranty on the performance of all the services we provide. If, during a period of one year from the date of application our paint fails*, Creation Painting, Inc. will supply labor and material needed to repair and repaint the affected area(s). If you notice a problem with any service, please contact our office within 30 days of discovery.

* We cannot provide a warranty on the performance of coating applied by others. If you have your house worked on by another company, your warranty will become void. We also exclude failure due to abuse, impact, or surface movement. A representative of Creation Painting, Inc. will discuss these exclusions with you prior to Creation Painting beginning any service.

Insurance Policies

 We carry our insurance policies for your protection as well as ours. All of our painting operations are fully insured. Our insurance protects our customers in two main areas:

1. Worker's Compensation Insurance protects Creation Painting employees on the properties of our customers. If an employee is injured while working, the expense of the injury is covered by Creation Painting, Inc. through this policy. If a valid Worker's Compensation policy is not in effect, the property owner can be held responsible for all medical bills as well as lost income.

2. We also carry full General Liability Insurance. Our employees are extremely careful when working; however accidents can happen. This policy protects the customer's property in the event any damage was to occur while Creation Painting is working for you. If you hire a company that does not carry this insurance, you run the risk of paying for any damage out of your own pocket.
